How will my order be shipped and what will it cost?

| Your gift selection will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
If you’d like other arrangements, please call.
Orders received by 10 AM EST will usually be shipped the same day.
We make every effort to ship within 48 hours from date of order.
Shipping delays may occur during various holiday seasons as well as for multiple orders. We will contact you via email or phone if we foresee any shipping delays with your order.
Prices listed on this website do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges will be calculated when you order. You will receive an email invoice/receipt that will include the shipping costs. Shipping rates are as follows and will be added to your final order.
Shipping cost is PER basket shipped.
Up to $35.00= $9.00
$36.00-$48.00= $12.00
$49.00-$64.00= $15.00
$65.00 and up= $17.00
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico will incur additonal
charges.

Do you deliver?

| Yes, we offer delivery within a 25 mile radius. Delivery charge is $8.00-$12.00.
For most orders same day delivery is available if order is placed by 10 AM EST.

What else do I need to know? (chocolate, taxes, billing)

| If your gift choice contains chocolate we will gladly cold pack in order to ship safely during warm weather at NO additional charge.
Orders originating in Maryland will be charged 5% sales tax.

Will the basket I order look the same as the picture?

| Our designs and inventory are constantly changing. We are always looking for new products and enhancements to create fresh new looks for our baskets. Because of this, you won’t get the same look twice. We will always use only the finest gifts, foods and containers.
If you wish the basket you order to have the “exact” look and ingredients, please state this on your order form under “Special Instructions”. We will do our best to fill your order. However, due to availability of products and seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when it becomes necessary.

How much notice do you need during peak holiday seasons?

| Most orders will be completed in a few days or less. At Christmas time shipping windows become more critical as the holiday approaches. Please call if you have any questions regarding your holiday order.
