Our business hours are Mon-Fri 9 AM-5 PM EST. You are welcome to email
Gifted Baskets or place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During off hours, you will receive a faster reply to an e-mail than you will to a phone call left on our answering machine.

•  Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes! We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
 
•  Will my order be safe and secure?
Yes! Our shopping cart is safe and secure. When you enter our secure server you can safely enter your credit card information. If ordering online makes you uncomfortable, you may print out the order page and fax it to 410-549-2530 or call us toll free at 866-586-4438.
 

 
•  How will my order be shipped and what will it cost?
UPS is our preferred shipper. Most packages will arrive at their destination in 2-5 days.

We also offer the option of USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You must choose this option if you are shipping to a PO Box, APO address or overseas. Most USPS Priority Mail packages will arrive at their destination in 2-3 days.

Express Overnight Mail is available on orders placed before 12 noon EST. You must call us to place an order with Express Overnight Mail. 866-586-4438

Express Overnight Mail shipping charges are $35.00 and up.

Orders received by 10 AM EST will usually be shipped the same day.
We make every effort to ship within 48 hours from date of order.
Shipping delays may occur during various holiday seasons as well as for multiple orders. We will contact you via email or phone if we foresee any shipping delays with your order.

Prices listed on this website do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges will be calculated when you order. You will receive an    email invoice/receipt that will include the shipping costs. Shipping rates are as follows and will be added to your final order. You will receive tracking information when your purchase has been shipped.

Shipping cost is PER basket shipped.

Up to $25.00= $8.00
$26.00-$35.00= $9.00
$36.00-$45.00= $10.00
$46.00-$62.00= $12.00
$63.00-$75.00= $15.00
$75.00 and up =$17.00

If package is sent to wrong address due to incorrect customer information we will rebill to reship or redeliver.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico will incur additional charges.






 
•  Do you deliver?
Due to the high volume of orders received during the holiday season, we are not able to offer same day/next day local delivery unless previously arranged. Your gift selection can be shipped to arrive within 48 hours.
Yes, we offer delivery within a 25 mile radius. Delivery charge is $8.00-$12.00.

For most orders same day delivery is available if order is placed by 10 AM EST.

If your gift choice contains chocolate we will gladly cold pack in order to ship safely during warm weather at NO additional charge.

Orders originating in Maryland will be charged 5% sales tax.

Corporate invoice billing is available. Terms: Net 15 days

•  Will the basket I order look the same as the picture?
Our designs and inventory are constantly changing. We are always looking for new products and enhancements to create fresh new looks for our baskets. Because of this, you won’t get the same look twice. We will always use only the finest gifts, foods and containers.
If you wish the basket you order to have the “exact” look and ingredients, please state this on your order form under “Special Instructions”. We will do our best to fill your order. However, due to availability of products and seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when it becomes necessary.
We guarantee you and your recipient will be delighted with any of our baskets.


 
•  How much notice do you need during peak holiday seasons?
Most orders will be completed in a few days or less. At Christmas time shipping windows become more critical as the holiday approaches. Please call if you have any questions regarding your holiday order.
