- How do I place an order with Gifted Baskets?
You may place your order online 24 hours a day/7
days a week. Our shopping cart is safe and secure, when you enter our
secure server you can safely enter your credit card information. If ordering
online makes you uncomfortable you are welcome to call us
Toll Free 877-647-4401 or you may print out the fax order
form and fax it to 919-739-6186. We will confirm receipt of your
online or faxed order via email.

- Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes! We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged when we have
received and reviewed your order. We will not ship
your gift selection until payment has been confirmed.
- Will you send me a receipt?
We do not send
receipts for online purchases. You will be instructed to print out
the final page of your order to use as your receipt. If you place
your order by fax, please retain a copy of the fax order form as
your invoice/receipt. If you place your order by phone we will
fax or mail you a receipt.
- Can I include my own message on the gift card?
Of course! Your message will be handwritten on the gift card. You will be asked for this information during the ordering process.
Please limit your message to 200 characters or less.
- Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer local delivery to limited areas. Please
call 877-647-4401 for more information.
- When will my order be shipped?
Please read
our
Shipping Policy for more detailed information. You
will receive an email with tracking information when your gift has
been shipped.
In
general, orders received by 12noon EST/9am PST Mon-Fri
will usually be shipped that day.
Orders received after 12noon EST/9am
PST, on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following
business day.
Please note there is no UPS Service on weekends and
holidays.
- Help! I accidentally made an error
when I entered the delivery address on my order.
Can I change
it? That depends on whether or not your
basket has been delivered or shipped yet. Once your basket has
been shipped, we can't change the address or cancel the order. If
we are delivering your basket within the local delivery area, we
MAY be able to change it if your delivery hasn't gone out
yet. However,
we are not responsible for any
typographical errors on your part, so please remember to review
your order a few times before placing it in order to avoid such
confusion. IF you discover that you have made such an error,
contact us immediately.
- Can I send a gift to patient in a hospital?
No, we do not accept orders
for gifts to be shipped to patients in hospitals
as we cannot guarantee that your recipient will receive the
gift before being discharged. We recommend that you send your gift
selection to the recipient's home address or to a
close family member or friend. We do offer limited hand
delivery for gift baskets going some hospitals, please call for details.
- I live nearby. Do you have a "real
store" where I can come see your gift baskets?
Gifted
Baskets is strictly an online and telephone order gift basket
store. However, if you are a business and would like to schedule
an appointment to discuss your corporate gifting needs, we will
gladly work with your schedule to determine a time where we can
discuss what we can offer your company.
- Do you deliver
overseas?
Yes. We are located in a town with a huge
military influence, so we know how important it is to be able to
send gifts to friends and relatives overseas. For this reason, we
offer overseas shipping. However, it does take more time than U.S.
shipping does, so please consider this when placing your order to
allow for delivery time.
- Do you only sell non-alcoholic
wines in your gift baskets?
Yes. Selling alcohol is a
tricky business, and there are more rules and regulations
governing interstate shipping of alcohol than could possibly be
discussed here. Suffice it to say that for simplicity's sake, as
well as out of consideration for those who do not drink alcohol,
we only sell non-alcoholic wine in our gift
baskets.
- What else do I need to know (chocolate, taxes)?
During warm weather months we will replace
chocolate products in your gift selection with various chocolate
flavored items (brownies, fudge, cookies) that will not melt!
North Carolina Sales Tax will be added to your purchase, if
applicable.
- How much notice do you need during peak holiday seasons?
Most orders will be completed in a few days or less. At Christmas time shipping windows become more critical as the holiday approaches. A holiday shipping schedule
will be posted under Holiday Baskets during the month of December. Please email us if have any questions regarding your holiday order.
