Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit baskets & cookie bouquet gifts we only offer Express Shipping Methods on those items. Please choose from 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight Air Service, as noted with each fruit gift or cookie bouquet selection.
Fresh Fruit Gifts and Fruit Gift Baskets are shipped directly from the growers in Hood River, Oregon.
Cookie Bouquets are shipped directly from the bakery in New York.
*Alaska and Hawaii ~ Please add 15.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.(Excluding Fruit, and Cookies)
Please add $24.50 to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. (Excluding Fruit and Cookies)
All APO, FPO, PO Boxes and Canadian shipments ship via the USPS. Fruit and Cookies are not available for shipping to PO boxes, FPO, APO, or Canadian shipments
IN GENERAL:
Our shipping charges are entirely separate from the price of your gift basket.
Shipping charges will be shown on the final page of shopping cart.
Shipping charges for fresh fruit gifts, fruit baskets and cookie bouquets are shown with each
of these gift selections.
Orders received before 12noon EST/9amPST M-F will usually be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 12noon EST/9am PST and on Weekends and Holidays will be shipped the
next business day, even if an Express Shipping Method has been selected.
You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped.
We will contact you via e-mail or phone if we foresee any shipping delays.
Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons.
Please Note- We do not ship gifts to patients in hospitals, please read
FAQs.
We cannot guarantee transit times with any shipments.
Overseas shipments will incur additional costs, please call for more information.
EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Our shopping cart allows for Two Day Air Express Service and Overnight Air Express Service options.
Two Day Air Express Service is an additional $20.00 per gift.*
Overnight Air Express Service is an additional $40.00 per gift.*
*These charges are the minimum express service shipping charge.In some cases, the actual cost
may be higher. We will always contact you for your approval, and will always only charge for the most
efficient and cost-effective shipping method!
If you select an Express Shipping Method- be advised thatSame-Day Shipping is only available on
orders received before 12noon EST/9 am PST. Orders received after 12noon EST/9am PST will be
shipped the next business day.
Two Day Air Express and Overnight Air Express to remote delivery areas is not guaranteed.
Charges for these services are in addition to the Standard Shipping Charge (UPS Ground).
UPS is our Preferred Shipper
Day of shipment, weekends and holidays do not count in transit times.
Online tracking provided.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Please be sure that all recipient information is entered accurately, including recipient's full name, street address, apartment/condominium/suite numbers, city, state and zip code.
Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees ($5-10) imposed by the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.
If a package is returned, due to incorrect shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted to provide an alternate shipping address. Purchaser will be responsible for any re-shipment costs incurred.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
